We installed Mansion and Gardens at Xmas time and ever since then we have had so many issues with the game. It crashes if you go to create a new Sim, crashes if your sims have a baby, crashes if you change appearance in mirror... the list goes on. Also all characters now have black hair and all have white faces. Some of the building wallpaper, floors etc have gone and you have to replace it. It comes up with box saying Application Terminated games crashed or something like that. Then it shuts down.
We have tried to un-install it and it won't let us. We checked in the hardware/software and it is not even listed but you can't play game with any other disc asks for this one. We did have minor issues before loading this extension but nothing major like this.
What can we do or how can we manually un-install all of it and start again?
