DOW Winter error with newest NOCD

anyone getting the fatal scar error with the new nocd posted today?
intro movie plays, tutorial plays game stops dead with "fatal scar error loading paused"

when using skirmish everything runs freakin smooth, but after the intro video of the single player campaign (both sides) it stops and gives you a notice "fatal scar error" dont know what to do...
Im using the nocd fix recently added

I have found other posts stating the same, skirmish works well with the no cd game fix recently added to this site, but when starting the campaign on both sides after the intro video the screen goes black and a message in white letters says "fatal scar error loading paused" or something
Please if you have the same prob. post it here, there are only so many skirmishes we can play

It may need files copied from the CD to the games directory, perhaps media files, is the game attempting to play a video? Copy the video files from the CD to the games directory/folder.

bummer, I had made a long post but got page not found when posting, *cries* hit back hoping what I typed would be still there, but noper.

Anyways, If I can find some time, I will check into as well, unless someone else finds a solution or the exe is deemed "improper"

But as Duffman said, it may need files from the CD, in which case copying any video/audio folders and even maybe maps ect..? may resolve the issue.
