Error Colin Mcrae Dirt Rally

If someone can help me, When I try to install the Colin Mcrae Dirt Rally I get the message "Invalid win32 application" And the game does not install. I though there was something wrong with the dvd and installed it on 1 of my friends pc's and it was working fine.

plzzz help me!!
