IGI 2 : covert strike help needed!

2 day i thought playing 1 of my old games,,,, so i took my old IGI 2 cd

from my collection,, and tried 2 install, but 4 some reason, 2 files in the

setup showed me crc errors, and didnt get installed,,,

Files:-

1. PC\Missions\Location3\Level5\Models\level5.res

2. PC\Missions\Location3\Level6\textures\clouds1.tga

help needed,,, can some 1 provide me the files,,, plz,,, else my game

will b of no use....

Is the disc scratched? If not, it sounds like your drive is having issues reading the disc. Could be failing drive.

Didn't you have problems with a couple other games doing the same thing not long ago? If so, then something on your system (CDDVD-Rom, IDE Cable, Motherboard IDE Controlller) are definately going bad or Windows needs a reinstall as could be corrupted.

i recently installed my windows,,, casue of total overdose,,,,,

and now total overdose works.....

and 4 my drive,,, i tried with all the 3 drives,,, that i have.

2 cr-rw and 1 dvd rom,,,, all having same prob... thats y...

the cd is a bit old.... so need the files so that i can backup my

original,,,before it gets completely spoined.....

needed the 2 files.....
