What protection does your game use? Some game developers will use StarForce (Europe continent) in some countries, and in other countries (usually USA, UK) SecuRom, SafeDisc, this in part has to do with laws in those countries and the use of StarForce, as the game uses different language files, the USA/UK version No-CD will not work for you Euro version, the No-CD patches are not interchangable.
