D2 LOD no cd fix

I downloaded the no cd fix for LOD and i click the icon to open it and it acknowledges that i am opening something but it doesnt open.

I also read the Read me, i cannot find the file it tells me to move.

d2xvideo.mpq and d2xmusic.mpq are located on the CD's, place CD1 in the drive and search the CD drive for that file. (I believe they start on CD2 and CD3 however)

After you have found and copied those files to the proper place, I believe you need to run DLoad.exe. (I no longer have this title so im unsure, if I see my bro anytime soon I will ask as he has my cd's now.)
