Default Call of duty 2

This game really is rather cracking, but does anyone else think its rather hard?

I think my tactics of standing up and charging at the Nazi's may have something to do with my slow progress.

Great sound though, really creates the atmosphere.

I saw this game (COD2) on the new X box 360 something over thanksgiving at compusa, and the graphic were stunning on the X Box. Think I will have to take a look at this game for purchase

X-Box 360 version looks far better than the PC version, much crisper graphics.

eh, depends on the graphics card being used too, CoD 2 requires a high end card to get the best look out of it and XB360 comes equipped atm with a decent graphics set. Saw the game on a Dual SLI System the other day and was pretty damn nice, much better than it looks on my PC that is for sure!

I don't understand why the game lags at my computer...

System:
Pentium 2.4
Ati Radeon 9800 SE (With the latest drivers)
1 gig memory Ram Kingston
Soundblaster 24 Live!

Don't feel bad, it lagged on mine too and I have a semi high end rig with 2GB DDR.

I had to disable some "sepcial fx" optons to get it to run smoothly. Think it has to do with the ammount of fog table emulation being used in teh game to generate the smoke and fog effects.

Well I must eat my hat and say it does run slightly better on the 360 than my pc, but I still expect more from a next gen console. The jump in graphics isnt that great and nothing we've not seen before.
