Default Help on applying Bon Voyage No CD Patch

I Have The Original (Purchased) The Sims2 and All The Expansions and Stuff Packs...All Installed in my PC. Well,I wanted to try to install The No CD patch from this site...I have alot of money in my Sim Games Being I have All 12 eps, stuff packs, etc.,But When I double click on Patch exe. It Can't Find DirectX9 on my PC,But I do Have It,DirectX9.0c...Can You Explain how I apply the patch someone? I read The Read me...I am so confused and The Read Me Is not clear. Anyway,If I own my games and my Keycodes on the back of each book...Why won't this patch work? If I have to burn or mount to get it to work...seems pointless I think. Anyway,If you can give me advice I'd appreciate it Thank you!

DirectX 9 is updated on a regular basis, usually once each month.

Even though it still says DirectX9, it goes by Build Number.

Simply goto Microsofts website, or search google for directx and download the latest "Web Installer" and run it, it will updated your DirectX 9 to the latest monthly build as well as install any missing builds from previous months.

Default Still Confused..

Well,I did try your advice, but still,I get The Same Error Code : It Said:

Failed to enumerate any DirectX 9 Compatible Graphics adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9 compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest manufacturer provided drivers.
The application will now terminate...

Not sure what that means Any other advice would really be appreciated, but if not,I'll just continue to play with my Bon Voyage Disk and just give up on this venture.. Thank you!

Sounds like your video card does not support DX9 then.

What video card are you using?
