At preparing the installshield wizard, the window close off. How to install?

If you are not getting any error messages, then there is nothing we can do to help, try contacting the game developers tech support.

How to catch the error? But the setup file was a macrovision installshield. I also try to run another game setup The Da Vinci Code and the setup exit w/o warning!

Something with your pc...or with the disk...Maybe it is scratched???or unclean..
