Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion NODVD Crack

I downloaded the NODVD crack for Oblivion. How do i get it to work? I have never done this before.

replace the crack with the exe file of the game. The icon will look same. Make sure when u r replacing, it prompts with a message that the file alreadsy exists , do u want to overwrie it? click yes. Make sure u r replacing the crack in trhe right directory.
Easy way of doin it is right click on the game shortcut on desktop and then click on find target. It will take u to the folder in which the game is installed and the exe file is . Simply paste the carck there and remeber it wil prompt with the message above, if it doesn't then it means u r pasting the crack in a wrong place.

I've replaced the original exe with the crack, and it opens a black screen, and crashes. Anyone know how to fix this?
