What's wrong with the King Kong Trainer

I'm running the king kong game in direct x 9.0c and have done what is written in the instructions. I've also started the game before starting the trainer, but it still asking "are you sure you are running the game." It doesnt work for me. Has anyone else tried this trainer yet? Also what does this trainer do?
