Tom Clancy's Doulbe Agent "3 ERROR"

So Guys i have a problem in SC Double agent that is
When i run the game it runs fine.. then when i select the new game from the game menu, it starts loading and then stuck for a while(3 secs) then Double Agent Game window Go on minimized and shows me that error.

Trying set non-registered vertex shader

When i click ok to that error the Double Agent's Minimized window just closed and shows other ERROR

Is this some kind of Error due to my VGA card ..? or some thing else is wrong... Remember i always use the Original Games (No crack etc)
