WOWO HOW TO I GET GAME TO WORK??

i downloaded the playboy game and it gave me 2 icons one tht said Playboy- the mansion the other said private party expansion
and now when i open them it goes black blinks a couple of time and then comes back to the screen as though i didnt even open oh and then there is this usrprefs and when i click tht it goes to internet explorer sayin this <></>

so i have no clue how to get to the game please help by replying!!!
