Need for Speed most wanted trainer

I'm trying to download the need for speed most wanted black edition trainer from this site as follows:

My AVG anti virus flags it as a TorjanHorse Generic10.PII

Can someone confirm this file is indeed safe and AVG is giving false alarms.
