Console version might be the go, I have always found these type of "simulation" games much easier to tackle on a console, but usually the console does not take full advantage of the graphics, as the settings are only maxed out to what the console can handle, I'm sure the PC version will be able to have much better graphics if your system is capable of supporting them. I just couldn't see X-Box handling those graphics, look at Half Life 2 X-Box screenshots I swear they are not as detailed as the PC ones.
