Im a bit confused as to what you mean or are wanting.

Are you simply wanting to add opponents to a lan game, or ? I don't think you can, at least not from what I see, looks to be just straight forward LAN PvP no "AI" opponents.

Think you will have to play solo play for playing against the comouter. Personally, the setup screen is a sloppy job, good game, but sloppy design in the setup menus. Specially since here is not much "help" or toolstips for reference.
