sims 2 please help im missing disk 1

Hi

Ive looked everywhere and i cant find disk 1 for my sims 2 , is there any way i can get it i have my serial number. will a no cd thing work . im so not computer literate at the best of times. I've brought the product once im not paying for it again. argh please help!
