Lightbulb SOLUTION
I Got the solution... its a problem with AGP card.
1st solution is to install the game in Drive C: (The Windows Drive) Then use a Official New Patch (Patch 1.02) If it works then fine...
Otherwise
2nd Solution is to upgrade AGP card cuz we need to have "Vertex Shader 3.0" which must be 512 MB. but the normal AGP card just run on "Vertex Shader 2.0". I m gonna buy nVIDIA GeForce 7600 512MB next week As My friend Crypton Asked me... I think it will be better choice for all kind of games...
3rd Solution is to forget the game for a while until UBISOFT make a new patch which will make that game to run on "Vertex Shader 2.0". and i think they will do it...
And finally "PLEASE ALWAYS USE THE ORIGINAL GAME" Say no to Piracy Cuz ITS A CRIME.
