Sims Crack help!!

I dled the sims pets crack and for some reason it will run through the cinimatic but will crash afterwards. Anyone have suggestions? I am new at cracking btw so if there is something special i need to do plz let me know. thx

Does the game have the option of full or minimum install, as you need to choose full install if it does have this option?
