World in conflict spanish version help. Please help.

Okay, this is what happen, i downloaded the game and i got the spanish version. So, i need a english patch for it, i've been looking for one sense i found out it was spanish. Will an english pacth for the game turn the sound and text to english or will it not? I need help please some one help me.
