DTR 2 cannot connect to server

Someone please help. When I try to "browse" or set up a "new game' in multiplayer it says cannot connect to server. Please somebody give me a step by step help with this problem. How do I change the firewall settings, ect. I have NO idea on what to do or how to do it. THANKS in advance!

depends which firewall you using also if a program or game tries to connect to the internet it should display a window saying to "allow" or "block it"

best way is to open the "help and support" program and type in "firewall exceptions"
