OppaiOppai82 Crashing before starting

I just recently Got the DVD image of this and then had to go and search out the no DVD patch. Here is the problem I'm having. The Game now TRIES to start up but crashes before it can. I just see the black screen of a game just starting to load and...... nothing... I get an error message asking me if I want to send an error report.. and because I don't read Japanese I can't even begin to figure out what might be wrong... is there anyone out there that might know how to fix this?
