No-CD Crack for BF 1942 + both expansions

I've tried multiple No-CD cracks from the gameburnworld.com site, but none seem to work. After I apply the crack, load the game, and then try to play a map, the map vote window opens and it won't go away. I also cannot edit the map vote trigger key in the options or the game crashes. Has anyone successfully patched 1942 with both expansions installed and if so, what patch did you use?
