The Don Is Death... me too...

Hi,

I'm so stuck and tiered of retrying...

For the record, this thread is about the Godfather game.

I have chased the ambulance and am on the bridge, I have killed all but the puppetmaster mob. I talked to him a few times and then I'm supposed to shoot him in the knee so he would speak.

But no matter what I do I always end up with the "Interrogation failed" message. I must do something wrong but I can't figure out what.

Can someone give me a hint, please :o

Don't shoot him, just hit him a couple times then talk to him again.

Hi Chiefsfan5129,

Did you sucessfuly did that ?

For me one beat is enough to make the mission fail... I can grab and shake him alright but a beat or a shot in the knee and "game over" :confused:

Can you give me some more details please ?

One hit shouldn't end it unless you accidentaly shot him while killing the other gangsters. When you get out of the ambulance, kill all the other enemies first then grab him and hit him one or two times until the pressure meter is past the green bar. It should only take one or two hits to get it just past the green bar then talk to him again.

Hi,

One beat and he goes down... "Interrogation failed" no matter what I do...

I can't believe I'm the only person in the world suffering with this issue :confused:

Yeah... found the cause :D

Seems I had the trainer (Mint) set on "one hit kill" so one beat equals killing the mobster. Turned it of (F12) and made him sucessfully talk :p by beating him up !

Hi,

Hehe, when that particular cheat is turned on (F3) it might cause problems... extortion was, now that I remember it, also a problem since the baker, barber,etc all dropped death after one beat :rolleyes:
