Silent Hill Homecoming patches/fixes for ATI Radeon X1xxx cards

I need help from you all, where i can find the patches for my Silent Hill Homecoming in my PC.
I have my Radeon X1950 Pro, but when i click the game, there is a message like this "Configuration is incorrect, re-install the application may fix the problem."
I installed it again, but nothing happened.

please help me....

Update the ATI Catalyst drivers. If that doesn't work, contact Steam or Konami tech support.
