back up of x-plane 7

Hello to you all,
Sorry for my bad english, i'm Italian.
My problem: I bought the game x-plane 7 flight simulator (fx entertainment).
When I try to back up this dvd after about 900 MB of image file creating the programs Nero 6 alchool 120 stop and there's an error named "ridondanza" (I don't know if in English is redonding error traslated).
It stops the image creating and the back up failed.
What can I do?
Please use simple word and explane me clearly how to proceed 'cause I'm not expert.

The error you are getting is CRC error. Most likely either your CD/DVD Drive is going bad or there is a scratch on the disc or the disc is damaged in some way (such as exposed to heat such as putting on top of a monitor ect..)

I'll try to copy with dvd writer and not with dvd reader.
