Halo 2 on WinXP, help pls...

Im aware that a Halo 2 Installer v0.3 is available on gamecopyworld, but it doesnt work for me. I explain:
The Startup window comes up, then i select custom install or whatever, then "Just install, dont run", then i specify the game dir (D:\Games\Halo 2), then a window comes up, that i don't have the required hardware and a choice "Run" or Don't Run". When i click on "Run" it just closes and the installation wont continue... WTF is the problem?

Note: I checked and i should be able to run Halo 2, i have a Shader Model 3.0 capable graph.card and enogh ram, processor power, hard drive space... and yes i bought the game, but i dont have vista, just xp...

Any help would be appreciated, thanks...

Are you having problems with the normal game installer?
