Supreme Commander - No-DVD/Fixed EXE

I noticed there was only a file for 3217 available, and there are many advantages to the latest patch for Supreme Commander, could any one make a Fixed EXE/No DVD for the latest patch of the Original Supreme Commander.
Thanks in advance

Edit: If it is possible to run the latest patch somehow, can anyone tell me how?

After 3217 the protection was removed by the developpers in the next patches. Same goes for the expansion.
