Pro Cycling Manager 2008 Patch 1.0.1.4 NO-DVD/FIXED EXE

PCM recently released a 2nd patch and there exist no No-DVD File.
Can someone make a No CD patch that works with the new patch?

It's summer. Crackers have a life too. Use the original DVD until a crack comes out.
