Please help me! I need an original splintercell.exe

May I ask for Splinter Cell Original file .exe -> splintercell.exe

It can be found in GameDir\Ubisoft\Splinter Cell\System\... before you apply a update patch or NoCD Patch.

And I mean "Original File" splintercell.exe

Please help me, anyone, thanks you.
