Sim City 4 v1.1.610.0 NO-CD?

Please disregard this post. I did not realize it, but I bought the Deluxe Edition and I had patched it as regular version and used the NO-CD file of the original, I guess I need to be using the Rush Hour file. My bad. :o I was going to delete the post but I do not see an option for it.

I have version 1.1.610.0 of Sim City 4 (no Rush Hour) and am in search of a NO-CD crack. I would be perfectly willing to create one myself if I had any idea how. =) The site only has v1.0 and v1.0.272.0.

Any help or directions would be very appreciated. Thanks.
