Lego Batman Problems
 

I'm hoping somebody can help me with this. My son is using an ISO'd copy of his original Lego Batman Game. I make backups of all his games because he is rough on them and it saves me from having to go back and rebuy them. The problem is that the game works fine in some areas but at other points such as Mr. Fries lab where you push the box down and when your supposed to fight the Mad Hatter certain glitches pop up. He's not able to push the box and the Mad Hatter doesn't ever come out. Also when he's fighting the penguin the penguins that are thrown down are so slow that they never make it to their destination. Is this something to do with the game or could it be my computer? He never got to this point with the original disk before it became too scratched to use so I don't know whether the same thing happened with it. Any advice would be helpful.
