Splinter Cell 2 Pandora Tomorrow

I am trying to use a NOCD crack for splinter cell 2 to make it run a littile faster not using the DVD. I NOCD crack has a "Offline and Online" part where it looks like I drop the files in to the like Dir. in the game Dir. Also have a "Window.Dll" that I have found in the Main Dir. of Splinter cell, still not having any luck with it working. Does any body have the correct way to make this happen? The NOCD file does not have a readme file.

Which version is this? Can you please put which file you are using exactly?
