need help in file extraction

I downloaded FM08 with torrent. I have 73 files of 50 MB each in the folder.
all the files are like this: flt-fma8.001 to flt-fma8.073
there is one .nfo file and one .sfv file
thats it.

Now, I need to extract the data in these 73 files to find the installation files.
I tried using WinRAR, UltraISO, PowerISO. but nothing works, the files remain the same.
sometime, a message says, "files is of unknown format or corrupt"

I went to the place where I got them..other members say that it works fine for them....so they can't be corrupt...
what do I do?
