NoCD for San Andreas v1.1 EUR?

One thing that bothered me with San Andreas is that cars could not be washed (as in the PS2 version), so when the 1.1 patch came out I downloaded it, replaced my cracked .exe with the original, and then patched the game. Unfortunately I forgot to check this site for a 1.1 NoCD crack. Can anyone help me out? Is it still being worked on?

The patch update is still relatively new, please be patient for a v1.1 No-CD patch, keep an eye on the New Files section on the main page.
