broken cds

you pay a lot for a program on a cd but if the cd breaks were do you go?
as here in south africa i have never seen a place were you could get a
replacement cd
do you get them in other country,s
as you payed for the software and not the cd ,am i right

Well it's not always fair, that's the problem, that's why backing up your game is very important, some of the distributors might be kind to replace it, but not all are like this.
