Sid Meier's Pirates! & .rar

Okay, I installed WinRar and put it into the folder with my Pirates! game, the no cd crack icon turned into the little winrar icon, I double click it and it opens into the next window with the choices of a folder icon labeled "...", an info icon "goats.nfo" and the "Pirates!.exe" icon. I double click the .exe icon and it looks like it starts loading but then I get a "unable to locate component" and "This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found" error message. How do I fix this ?

Hi
What you need to do is open the rar file and right click Pirates!.exe and extract. Now extract that to yuor Sid Meier's Pirates! root folder with the original exe. It will ask you if you would like to overwrite this file. Click yes then double click the new exe in the folder.
