How to patch NFS MW to Black Edition

hi in need help
I don't know how to patch to Black edition.
I got the patch and i did copy the "INGAMEC.BUN" bun into the global directory, but in the game i don't see the 10 new cars. What should i do?
Restart the career, finish the career? I don't know how to get the new cars

Try using the Need For Speed: Most Wanted Black Edition Unlocker #2, read the .nfo carefully.
