Need help with fm 2006

I got windows 98 and when i use rightclick then properties on there's no compatibility and my friend has xp and if my friend rightclick on it and then properties it shows compatibility.

Only NT systems like Windows 2000 and XP have that, there is not a need to run Windows 98 in compatibility mode, and it does not support it.

No need to run compatibility mode, FM 2006 supports 98SE, if you have 98 (First Edition) You will need to do windows update and apply all updates to run games that support 98SE
