I tried using the mini-image posted by Crypton. I could not get it to run. I also made the image of the original disk using Alcohol 120 at 1X speed following the CDFreaks mini image instructions. Mounted it(them) using Daemon tools(seperately). It loads up to the intro panel IE.. "play the game, readme, visit the THQ website, etc..." But when I run the game from the program file or shortcut, it says "original disk could not be found or authenticated"
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

its not a 1:1 copy, remake the copy, try a faster speed. turn everything off in Alcohol 120% cept for RMPS., try 2x or 4x speed, if those dont work, try something such as 10x

Just got it to work.
I set "datatype" (in alcohol 120) from "customize" to "Securom *new4.x/5.x".
A-Ray scanner said the original Winter Assault CD had Securom on it.
Kept the read speed at 1x and skip read errors checked.
:)
Very happy now.

Ahh, CD version, was thinking you were talking about the DVD Version :P DVD you wont have the option to choose DataType, but yep, for CD Version you choose type:
I had posted about that before:
http://www.gamefileforums.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4257&postcount=9
But I think It would be a good idea to add to the SecuROM/SafeDisc Stickies :P
I will do that later as it seems to be confusion for alot that come here.

Any idea why Alcohol 120 does not allow a change of "Datatype" or speed when making an image/mini image of a DVD game?
I was only able to make a working copy(mini image) using Warhammer-Winter Assault, CD version. I have tried making mini images of FEAR, Brothers in Arms, Earned in Blood and Call of Duty 2 (DVD versions) without any luck. I have downloaded the mini image versions of these games from GameBurn World. None has worked. I get different errors when loading the mini image.
IE; Insert correct DVD in Drive, Emulation detected, etc..
Sometimes if I use SR7 stop, I don't the the "emulation detected" error, it just says insert correct CD/DVD.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any help.

If you use Daemon-Tools 4 then you don't even need to enable emulation..
As far as Alcohol 120%, might be something for their support forums. I know that StarForce disables DPM in Alcohol 120%, so protection may be the cause of it as SecuROM and StarForce are always running and may try to prevent you from making images properly.
