Total Overdose

I need help with TOTAL OVERDOSE v1.0 [ENGLISH] MAXI MINI BACKUP IMAGE I mounted it with Daemons tools but it wont work. I turned on the AntiBlah thing and tried to start it but it wouldn't work please help me.
