Star wars Battlefront 2 maxi mini image help

Hey,
I downloaded the maxi mini image and got battlefront 2 working using SR7 and Daemon tools, the only problem is the image file is 3.6gig... so in total the game takes up about 8 gig of space. I thought the mini image were supposed to be small?
I even tryed making a mini image of the 3.6gig file and now all i get is please insert the original cd.

please help

I will see if I can shrink that minidisc for you, I posted another post somewhere on these forums with 2 MiniDiscs, the first was the Maxi image and another was one I edited to make it smaller, but nobody replied saying if it worked or not, do not have the game, so all I can do is try to edit the image.

Anyways, lemme grab it and ill work on it then you can test it out for me.

ok, try this image and lemme know, if not ill see about getting the game and making a smaller proper image.

Please take note there are 2 different images there, so try them both...

aye np, wasnt really ecpecting them to work, but was worth a shot, I will see about getting the game and making a proper image however. Lemme see if my bro wants the game as I am not really into StarWars, so I may con him into buying it ;)

the original image works great for me except when I try to run the tutorials/campaigns it goes thru the loading but at the point when its about to enter the mission it exits to windows. I can play the galactic battles just not the missions, any ideas?

no clue honestly, possibly bad install of the game?
