Tropico 3 patch 1.09

Tropico 3's patch 1.09 has been released. However it can be downloaded only via game's update option.

I installed this game after downloading using torrent which included serials. Anyway to get the game patched to 1.09 as it fixes some critical issues.

Plz help.
