Civ IV graphics issues help

I got a Dell laptop and it's maybe 1 n half years old. It's running using ATI Mobility Radeon 7500C. I manage to enter the game but the problem is when I go to the choosing of leader, the face disappear leaving the eye and the teeth visible only. Tat's not a major problem. The major one is when I play the game, the land seems black only... so i couldnt see where to walk... plz help me... since there is no patch yet.. or my graphics card too old...

99.99% is a graphics card problem, time to update drivers, or time to update the card.

Ic.. I tried to update the driver before using Catalyst 5.10. but it won't let me update. The Civ 4 readme said that minimum requirement is ATI Radeon 7500. So if possible, can you help me to find the link to help me to update my graphic card driver??
