sims 1 hot date and unleashed problems

Does anybody no why when i install sims unleashed after i install hot date,livin large and house party i cant go down town. When i call cab it brings me to the town to select a place but the lots are blank and i cant click on any store or place. If any one know how to fix this can u please tell me.

There isnt a problem with the phone. I can still call cab but i cant choose a place to go because the city is blank

I would search their FaQ there or ask on their community forums. Or ask tech support, not really much we can do to help with that, and personally don'ty know myself either.
