Use the MiniDisc image, I do not think their is a nocd fixed exe for 1.03 as of yet.

MiniDisc is not a nocd patch, simply download and install Daemon-Tools (if you do not have it already) v.3.47 Recommened atm.

Enable All Emulation Options in Daemon-Tools, mount the image in Daemon-Tools, then play.
