Sims 2 Seasons CD PATCH HELP!

so i downloaded the no CD patch rar file from your site, and i have winzip and winrar on my PC but i have no idea where to extract it to or anything.

can someone please help asap??

You have to extract it in your Sims2 directory. You should get a overwrite message. My advice is to backup the files you will replace and then overwrite them, as you will need the original files if you will add more addons and update the game.
