i always get sacked in the secand season although that i play it without sacking and i own the club?????????

No help with pirated games. That thing happens only on the pirated version. It was an extra precaution taken by EA Sports. At the end of the first season, the game checks the protection again. The pirates missed that trigger when they did the crack. So buy the game.
