Prison Tycoon 4 help

just got this game today.. sadly I have been in prison to know how it works in real life.. but Im wicked confused when it comes to this game. i know how to build, and get a few guards and inmates...but how do I assign them to cells or bunks, and jobs? this game comes with no manual, so I dont know how to do that.. so i have inmates freakin' roamin around the "yard" during lockdown cuz they have no cell.. if anyone can help me, maybe give me alittle tutorial on how to get a basic prison running smoothly... PLLLLLEEEASE help me.. lol..
