game fix file help please

hi guys im stil learning the ways of the force when it comes to dealing with files, im told to get my trainers to work for silvefall its possible that i need to install a no cd game fix for it, now heres my problem i downloaded it fine but have no clue where to unzip it to, i read somethig about needing to replace the silverfall.exe with the one i downloaded n again dont have a clue how to do that, and and all help would be appreciated cheers,
